PUWER Assessor Training
Our 3-day comprehensive PUWER Assessor training provides your technicians and engineers with the knowledge they need to carryout inhouse machinery PUWER inspections.
Our training starts by building the knowledge needed to carry out PUWER inspections by studying the applicable Directives, Regulations and Standards, before a detailed study of the PUWER Regulations.
The training consists of theory and practical exercises.
Full training notes will be provided to delegates.
We can carryout training at our offices in Swindon or at your company.

Day 1:

- Machinery Directive and CE Marking requirements
- Introduction to Harmonised Standards
- EN 12100 Safety of machinery – Risk assessment and risk reduction
- EN 13849-1 Safety of machinery – Safety related parts of a control system

Day 2:
- EN 14119 Safety of machinery – Interlocks
- EN 14120 Safety of machinery – Guarding
- EN 13850 Safety of Machinery – Emergency stops
- EN 13857 Safety of machinery – Safety distances
