EN 60204-1 Industrial Control System Inspections
Safemach carryout detailed EN 60204-1 industrial control system Inspections in accordance with EN60204-1. (Safety of machinery — Electrical equipment of machines — Part 1: General requirements).
For equipment manufactures, we will assess your control panel and / or control system against EN 60204-1. Any non-compliances will be recorded together with actions required to meet the requirements of the Standard. Upon meeting the requirements of the Standard, the control panel will be tagged and a certificate of compliance issued.
For end-users, we will assess your control panel and / or control system against EN60204-1, however take the age into consideration. Our main criteria will be on the safety of equipment users and maintenance personnel, concentrating of IP rating of devices and earth bonding, etc. Following the inspection, our engineers will deliver a detailed EN60204-1 gap analysis with non-compliances rated as Red, Amber or Green (RAG), together with our recommendations.
